“For me, yoga is a way of returning—to the body, to the breath, and to what matters.”
Yoga first entered my life at age seven in India through the traditional practices of asana, pranayama, and dhyana. What began as an early practice has become an enduring way of returning to myself—one that continues to bring energy, steadiness, and connection through every season of life.
That personal journey eventually led me to teaching. I deepened my practice through immersive, full-time study at Folk Yoga School, exploring alignment-based vinyasa rooted in the Krishnamacharya tradition alongside anatomy, philosophy, breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga, and Ayurveda. Today, I bring those threads together in clear, adaptable classes that help students cultivate vitality, balance, and presence while honoring yoga’s roots.
